Portfolio Item 4 (PF 4) The file DownllackWatesv found in the Week 4 Lecture folder contains some data on houses sold in 2019 for three neighbouring suburbs in Canberra (Downer, Hackett, Watson). Some these houses did not settle until 2020. The three Google maps on page 41 and 42 of the Week 4 lecture give you an idea of the physical location of each suburb. The variable names are in the first row of the file. 
Produce the following two slides in PowerPoint saved as PDF. Your name and student ID must be on each PowerPoint slide.

SLIDE 1 In R (or RStudio) create an appropriate trellis graph exploring the relationship between Price and Block Size by Suburb, Bedrooms, and Bathrooms. This graphic must be of publication standard. The R code used to produce this graph must be included on SLIDE 1 
Write some points describing the insight that you get about the data using this trellis graph. 
SLIDE 2 Finally, include the R code for your graph, with any necessary explanations, as your second slide.
