This Cardio Log will be performed along with uploading your fitness device onto Strava.com.

This log will indicate how many participation points per Module you earn. Each Module Cardio Log is worth 120 participation points (3 workout activities per week at 10 points per workout at 4 week modules).

All workout mileage is assigned. To get maximum participation, see above, you must complete the mileage assigned for that workout. If you do not meet the required mileage for that workout, you will be deducted 3 points per workout.
