ARCHITECTURE MYSTICISM AND MYTH 2 Architecture Mysticism and Myth - William Lethaby This book is a 1956 collection of training articles from The Builder. He then makes an attractive argument where he says that, without magical elements, architecture would satisfy humans by only serving the direct physical needs. What simulated people to build attractive structures when a modest would suit? It is about the presence of creativity and focus on aesthetics in the architecture that is usually further than the usefulness of the building.
