1. This SA2 is a continuity of your SA 1 chosen topic. Develop a program proposal that will

contribute in addressing current issues in psychology, specifically in the topic you want

to master.

2. Fill-in the following sections:

I. Program Title – maximum of 12 words

II. Rationale – explain the reason why you chose the topic

- Brief background (summary of your SA1)

III. Problems encountered – highlight the problems encountered, bulleted form

IV. Objective the Program – 3-5 objectives; bulleted form

V. Specific Activities / Program – the activities must address the content in your

problems encountered and objective of the program (e.x., conducting webinar for

out of school youth, retreat for delinquent youth, awareness program in a brgy level,

etc)
