Description

Describe the problem according to the following rubric.  

Be clear but concise.  

Provide sufficient information to clearly answer the questions.  

Organize the answers in paragraph format but maintain the subject headings as they currently exist.  

Be sure to update the “Table of Contents” when the document is complete.  

Add illustrations, figures, tables, or data as necessary to clearly articulate your project.  

If the data are large, provide a shared link where the data can be located.

Problem

What problem does the system solve?

Describe your question in depth.  

What doesn’t the system solve? 

What is the specific problem or question answered by this project?

What is the story behind the system name?

Remember to avoid the following when you are formulating or articulating your question. Question development is as important as selecting the correct data. 

Do not use technological terms (i.e. network, AWS, data, database, query, etc).

If you can find the term using Technopedia (https://www.techopedia.com/dictionary) it likely doesn’t meet this criterion.

Do not ask questions that already have an answer.

Do not redevelop current data

Do not ask binary questions (yes or no).

Do not ask ambiguous questions, or questions with ambiguous terms or concepts.  

Do not make statements—Ask a question.

Ensure that the question could be understood by anyone regardless of technical sophistication, education, or occupation.  

Ensure that the question answers a real-world problem or scenario.

Literature

Provide a brief literature review to address the following constructs.

Be sure to use APA format

Be sure to use Peer Reviewed journal articles.

Be sure answer the following questions completely.

What literature exists to help identify the problem?

What literature exists to help support the solution?

What literature is necessary to define the terms or constructs of the problem?

What literature is necessary to define the solution to the problem?

In relation to the literature describe who would benefit from this work?

Describe the hardware requirements

Describe your selection of “x as a Service” (Where x is the AWS service that you selected)

Why was this the appropriate selection?

Describe the strengths of this solution?

Describe the challenges of this solution?

Describe any software, applications, API’s, used to support this project.

Clearly describe the steps used in the process to develop this project.

Provide a summary of the challenges that you have faced while developing the data.

Be specific enough to articulate all the issues with the service, data, etc.
