The medulla is the first part that I would prioritize because the medulla is a part of the brainstem which regulates the cardiac, respiratory, and nervous system. It has connections to the central and peripheral nervous systems. It also contains 10 of the 12 cranial nerves. The medulla oblongata specifically relays information from the spinal cord to the brain. Any injury to the medulla will cause balance problems, vision problems, loss of pain and temperature sensation, and movement problems.

The frontal lobe has the premotor and motor cortices which is important in the movement of an individual. Aside from the motor functions it holds, it is also responsible for decision making, problem solving, and planning.
