I have gained a wealth of knowledge from this course that will serve me well in the future. The right ideas and terminology allowed me to understand what I'd previously gone through. The class's focus on organizational transformation tactics was really important and educational. Change is the one constant in life, and the healthcare business is no exception. Our evidence-based processes and data are constantly developing new policies and procedures. Change might be difficult to accept, but it is necessary if the organization is to improve its overall results. "Listening" has helped me appreciate fresh ideas and change rather than dismissing them. I've learnt that it's preferable to go ahead and welcome change rather than to remain stagnant and resist it. To achieve the corporate culture aim, we must constantly be open to other cultural and racial origins. I've learned to pay special attention to the veteran community's culture since they have distinct values and customs. As I work toward becoming a mental health practitioner, achieving this goal will be critical to my ability to treat patients from various cultural backgrounds.
In addition, I've learnt why managing change in an organization is so critical for the workforce's well-being. Complex and tough implementation of changes in healthcare institutions is a typical occurrence (Allen, 2016). Staff turnover, patient care, and budget objectives may be harmed when change is executed less than ideally. A three-stage change process may be followed to reduce and eliminate undesirable consequences, including planning for change, executing change, and reviewing and maintaining change.
