Research and choose a wearable or some other type of mHealth application (you will have to do a bit of research to make sure the application you chose lists enough information to answer the following questions). In your paper answer the following questions.

1. What app did you choose?  Who is the manufacturer? Are there specific investors backing the project?

2.  What type of computer technology/hardware/software is needed for the application user and the receiver of the data or information (i.e. are the results sent to a cloud?  a hard drive? or?).

3.  Explain what the device/app does and which realm does it fit into based on the Landscape Overview picture (above).

4.  Does insurance (including Medicare/Medicaid) pay for the use of the system?

5.  What results are generated by the system?  Are the results for personal use?  Are they sent to a doctor?

6.  What type of security is used with the device?  Sign on/password? or?  (Review the earlier module on security)

7.  What type of support is available for the system?

8.  Does it meet HIPPA requirements (Health Information Portability and Accountability Act Compliance)? 

9.  Using the Zhang article as a reference - what would you consider the technical, health, and consumer attributes of the user of the service you chose?
