Describe what the following quote means to you. "Theory without practice is empty, and practice without theory is blind"

The quote implies that theory and practice are interdependent, meaning that both have to work together to achieve a common goal. Consequently, without practice, undertaking research studies focused on nursing theories would be pointless, and nursing would be ineffective if it lacked a theoretical foundation (Edwards, 2017).
