The beverages consist of quite a huge array of different types of drinks to meet every customer's needs. Coca-Cola is a company that is highly reputable and is making a huge fortune as it satisfies the customer needs. More than 1.8 billion Coca-Cola servings are conducted all over the world and in more than 200 nations worldwide. There are very few countries that do not have access to Coca-Cola beverages. The supply chain that exists in Coca-Cola involves a highly defined management strategy that helps in the success of the company's product distribution to the existing customers. Coca-Cola produces soft drinks, which arrive at the partner's production plants in the form of syrup. The syrup is consequently mixed with sugar and carbon (IV) oxide. The company has secrets on the composition of the syrup to discourage the counterfeiting companies from illegal mishandling of Coca-Cola products. The original recipe of the Coca-Cola beverages involves cola beans and cola leaves among other ingredients that make the Coca-Cola products have a unique taste and attract many consumers in the supply chain market.

            The company is considered to be one of the biggest companies globally. The company can establish a global reach with local aims since the company's strength involves the bottling partners and the company itself all over the world. Many individuals consider Coca-Cola to be operating via local channels, but the major method that the company supplies its products is through reaching the marketplace that is initiated by the Coca-Cola Company by manufacturing and selling concentrates and syrups to the bottling companies all over the world. The partners involved in bottling are associated with manufacturing, packaging, and supplying final products to the existing vending partners and customers, which can sell the beverages to the consumers. The Coca-Cola Company's supply chain involves information follow and material follow that needs to be effective and efficient. The information followed involves the orders made and plans about manufacturing the company's products (Mochama, Nyandoro & Okemwa, 2019). The products are kept in the stock warehouses for the demand and orders, which the company distributes to the customers. The transportation of  Coca-Cola products is done via highways on land and international airports for goods transportation to the other nations all over the world. The company needs accurate and swift information flow through its chain of supply to effectively compete in the beverage industry. Software known as SAP ERP is used by the company to obtain real-time data and information from the field. The information and data are essential in the planning of the production, demand forecasting, and marketing campaigns, and transportation.

            The logistics role in Coca-Cola Company involves the sourcing of the products to the intended locations. The company is involved in the concentrates manufacturing and selling syrups, and beverage bases. However, the bottling partners are also involved in the packaging, and supplying of the final products to the potential customers that sell the products to the clients. The Coca-Cola Company constitutes more than 240 bottling partners all over the world. A significant of Coca-Cola's supply amount is facilitated by the outsourced parties. The company needs to sell as per the demand. Therefore, the company needs to have enough resources for product production to effectively manage the demand. Coca-Cola Refreshments was established in North America to facilitate more distribution of the company's products within America.

Order Management and Customer Service

            The Coca-Cola Company's customer service and order management involve an effective communication strategy to ensure the orders and the customer services are well provided to the customers. The company significantly depends on the media for conducting an integrated marketing communication strategy and services to the customers. The media used y the company includes radio, televisions, newspapers, billboards, and the internet. Order management involves the Coca-Cola management system (TCCMS) in the management of order and product quality.

Supply Chain Performance Measurement and Financial Analysis

            Measuring supply chain performance in Coca-Cola Company is essential in ensuring a smooth supply chain. It is done via direct physical measures and qualitative measures. Coca-Cola Company uses the most direct measure that involves logistics costs as sales percentage, the stock-outs numbers, and turn-over rates of inventory. The financial analysis involves the analysis of liquidity ratios, debt ratios, debt ratios, and profitability ratios to determine if the company is performing well and understanding the company's financial history (Serodio et al., 2020).

Supply Chain Technology and Management Information Flows

            The supply chain technology of Coca-Cola Company refers to the global operations the company undertakes at a local level. There are approximately 225 bottling companies all over the world (Li & Li, 2017). The chain of supply is initiated through raw materials procurement and involves some agricultural products such as sugar cane and fruits in the case of Coca-Cola Company. The management of information flow is done by the Coca-Cola Company information system, which is software that analyzes and organizes information data. The committee oversees the plans of Coca-Cola Company and helps them make significant decisions.

            Coca-Cola Company has been an outstanding company in the areas it operates. The products of the company are of high quality and the consumers will continue to consume the products.
