For analyzing the critical stakeholders four categories are considered. The high-powered and highly interested stakeholders are managed closely. The low-powered and highly interested stakeholders are kept informed. The stakeholders with low interest and high power are always kept satisfied and the low powered and low interested stakeholders are monitored throughout (Oppong, Chan & Dansoh, 2017). The high-priority stakeholders are more committed to the ERP system implementation project. The power interest grid is presented below to present the stakeholder’s priority

For the ERP system implementation project, stakeholder analysis is performed to enlist the key organizational players, gain early placement among all internal and external stakeholders on the project plan and goals. The analysis will also help to address the potential issues and conflicts. Throughout the project life cycle, these stakeholders should keep engaged in the project.
