In this project, you will modify the WhacAMole game from textbook pages 274-277. In the book example, the game continues until the entire playerScore cylinder has been raised above ground level. Download the initial scene for this project from the Students File section.

The modification that you need to do, is to allow the user to play the game until the user has whacked all the moles. To make this adjustment, change the color of a mole in the list to red whenever it is whacked. Allow the mole to be raised only if it is not already red. In addition, there is a countdown timer to keep track of how much time the player has left.

The game ends when either all the moles have been whacked or the time has expired.

Add two billboards, one for losing the game and the other for winning the game. If the game ends with all the moles whacked (and red), the winning billboard should appear, but if the game is over because the user ran out of time, the losing billboard should appear.

This assignment assesses objectives 1, 3, and 4.

Hints:

Make sure when you turn the mole red, to use a duration of zero for this activity (this prevents a red mole from popping up if Alice picks the same mole twice in a row) For more information about the timer please read page 291-296.

Make sure to start your code inside the initial scene from the student files, as you see there is no scorekeeper in this Alice World.
