Cooperate social responsibility has four components that all the public firms should address. This is because ethical responsibility is an organizational context that seems to describe the principles and values that govern the actions undertaken by the organization. They further guide how the organization responds to an external or internal stimulus. It further revolves around the culture of the organization. Organizational ethics further expresses its values to its employees or any other entities irrespective of the set regulations (Lindebaum, Geddes, & Gabriel, 2017). Organizational ethical code guides the decisions, policies, and programs of an organization with an ethical organizational culture that consists of employees and leaders that adhere to those codes of ethics. Individual ethics affects an organization's productivity. It is through the morals, ethics, values, and honesty of an individual that may certainly improve the organization's productivity. If they know what is wrong and what is right, they may retaliate from unethical activities and put much effort into ethical activities that they feel is wright, thus either improving or reducing the organization's productivity (Lindebaum, Geddes, & Gabriel, 2017). For instance, in the medical field, doctors can feel unethical to undertake certain medical procedures due to increased harm to the patient even if under the protocols they are permitted, thus affecting productivity. The management team must create policies and regulations that are ethical in the organization, and that can provide guidance and inspiration for the employee to increase their work effort with ethical considerations and improvement in organizational productivity. Organizational ethics can affect organizational productivity. Organizations with a positive corporate culture can massively improve their productivity. This can be achieved by having ethics in the organization that improve employee morale, thus increasing productivity, employee loyalty, and retention. Improved productivity increases the organization; employee retention reduces the costs of replacing with other new employees (Di Stefano, Scrima, & Parry, 2019). For instance, ethics that involve intrinsic motivation like appreciation of hard work with gifts and failures with encouragement can improve the organization's productivity.

The environment basis is important because it helps the sustainability of the workforce and the beneficiary pf the services and good offered by the organization. In this case, its relevant for organizations to consider the environment in terms of size. Resource allocation and maintenance of good quality services highly depends on the existence of the reliable and a good surrounding. A healthy environment also encourages great strength as a result of positive outcome. The environment however shoal s well consider both the goods and the manpower to reduce losses to the organizations. For instance, a workplace that creates employers motivation creates a good environment for improvement and quality assessment as a result of improved input to the workforce. As a result, the employers will be able to embrace and adhere to the goals and objectives of the organizations.

Philanthropic component involves donation of good and services to another organization to improve quality and substance to create a good relation as well as making customers advertisement. For example there can be donations of funds to a disability school to initiate buying of uniforms and study materials. This is essential because it helps build communities and ensure that there is community involvement and partnership for effective relationship among themselves and the society by improving quality of life.

Economic responsibility is another essential component that should never be left behind because it involves using all means possible to improve the firm’s business opportunities and participating in all ways that will sustain the organizations’ and prevent wastage of their resources and goods. For instance, the cooperative involving the customers and shareholders to endure that there is production of good and services that are required by the society and which considers the needs of both the customers and the stakeholders.
