Moving forward is an online program that empowers people to develop problem-solving skills that assist them one overcome life problems.  I am an opportunistic problem solver. I find challenges as stepping stones that enable me to become a better person. I gain knowledge about the issue, and through my high confidence, I am determined to make a positive outcome from the situation. The strategy that I have learned about problem-solving is attitude or mindset, and when one views things positively, they are more likely to resolve them better.

I agree with the interdependence principle that components in an ecosystem are dependent. Cycling of resources should be ensured to benefit all.  The adaptation concept is also right as people change depending on the environment. Lastly, succession occurs where people implement changes. I think that the moving forward program meets the spirit of community psychology. When people socialize right, share resources, and agree to bring positive changes, they grow and develop.
