PYCL 507 Program Evaluation Project Part C: Program Evaluation Poster Presentation 10 Possible Points

[note: for this component of the project, instructors can choose to allow students to present posters or to give a talk/presentation. THIS CANVAS ASSIGNMENT IS FOR THE POSTER PRESENTATION OPTION. SEE THE CANVAS FACULTY CENTER FOR THE TALK OPTION FOR PART C IF NEEDED]

Students will design a poster based on the program evaluation report and present it during a class poster symposium on [DUE DATE]. Students can create/print slides that are attached to a tri-fold, or students can create and print a full poster (students can print a poster for free at NSU:

http://www.nova.edu/asm/posterprinting_maincampus.html

(http://www.nova.edu/asm/posterprinting_maincampus.html) ). Students are encouraged to be creative in designing and delivering a professional poster presentation. In addition to the poster itself, students should be prepared to talk about their program evaluation design to anyone who may approach the poster and ask questions. At poster presentations, it is not uncommon for someone to ask, “So tell me about your poster.” Students should be able to talk about/summarize what is displayed visually on the poster.
