What is dropshipping fulfillment method?
Dropshipping is a fulfillment method where a store doesn't keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, the store
purchases the item from a third-party supplier and has it shipped directly to the customer. As a result, the seller
doesn't have to handle the product directly.
Task:
1. Each of the group member will need to set up and manage ONE (1) different online platform (e.g.
Shopee, Lazada, Carousal) or social media platform (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Wechat) selling Peppy’s
House products. The platform account can be a personal existing account, or newly set up individually
or share among group members.
2. Conduct a market analysis by using SWOT analysis and interview at least TEN (10) different group of
consumers on the black and white pepper purchase intention/preference.
3. Based on the analysis, design your promotion strategies as follow:
i. create advertisement poster and advertisement message,
ii. tik tok video/live streaming,
iii. discount promotion/free gift…(optional)
4. Selling requirements:
i. Each group compulsory to take ONE (1) combo Set D for photographing and promotion
purpose.

ii. All sales / fulfillment will be based on dropshipping method. (Any of your customer’s order will
be shipped out directly from Peppy’s House company, you don’t have to keep stock).
iii. The minimum selling price of the product must follow the given price list as attached. Exclude
shipping fee.
iv. As seller, you will get 10% profit from any of your customer’s order. (10% based on the given
price list)
v. Business operating period: 12 weeks. End of week 13 (12th Nov), you should finalize your sells
and prepare a report as follow. Number of sales obtain reflects the effectiveness of your
marketing strategies.

1. Introduction – what is this report about, allocation of work task of each member.
2. Market analysis
3. Consumer behavior analysis - Interviews
4. Promotion strategies
5. Sales report and sales results of each platform
6. Conclusion & reflection
7. Appendix – All sales records/shipping documents, photos, poster, video link.
