This application assignment has two components. Please complete both to complete the assignment:

1) After reading Ch. 2, name the theory from Chapter 2 that resonates with you the most. Write a brief paragraph describing why.

2)  Watch the the video linked here demonstrating John Holland's approach in a counseling session. Describe your general impressions of the session. Then, describe at least two strengths of the theory as demonstrated in the session AND describe at least one possible drawback of the approach.
