      • Go back to Form Design View.

      • Create the following buttons by following the directions below:
        1. Clear Form
        2. Find Record
        3. Add Record
        4. Delete Record
        5. Go To Next Record
        6. Go To Previous Record

  1. Go back to Form View and test all the button operations, then add 10 records to the database (A total of 20 records) The completed form in Form view should look like the picture to the right.
  2. Save and close the database. Attach your database (Lab#4) as a file to Lab#4 Assignment.
