Please search for a public policy proceeding that meets all 4 of the criterias listed below. 
After locating a case that matches all the criteria, write it up following the instructions below.

Note that the proceeding you discover does not have to be new, open or ongoing - it can be many years old. It can also be a new or unfinished proceeding. But there must be a publicly available record of the proceeding. In some cases it will be difficult to find a suitable case, or there will be questions about how to interpret the criteria. Students should actively ask questions about this on Piazza.

1. Scope - USA (meaning it needs to be a US proceeding not international or some other country)
2. Institutional Venues - Regulatory agencies (meaning it needs to be associated with a US regulatory     agency and thier are many of them.)
3. Industry - Hosting and/or domain name registration services (notice the and/or which means it does      not have to be both)
4. Issue type - Access subsidies or accessibility (meaning related to subsidy to access the service      or simply accessibility)

Delivarable of the work - Needs to be a PowerPoint Presentation
The slides should take the form of an introductory slide identifying the proceeding, with links to the source documents or sites followed by 4 slides explaining how the case meets each criterion (thier are 4 criterias as listed 1 -to - 4 above). On the last slide, write a paragraph that relates your case to one of the incidents or narratives you have learned about in the lectures. (In fact, it might even be one of the cases discussed in the lectures!) - I will provide the list of cases in the lecture in 1 hr.
