Identify and describe the big five personality dimensions. Summarize and assess the two personality attributes that are the main focus for leadership studies. Examine the role personality plays in leadership.

For the purposes of this paper the big five personality dimensions are extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, and openness to experience. The two personality attributes that are the main focus for leadership studies would be Locus of Control and Authoritarianism.
