Introduction

The E-Commerce sector in the Nepalese market is on a boom. The recent development in The E-Commerce sector with a new digital payment gateway and high-speed internet connections has made it possible. The government has come up with several spectrum guidelines that have allowed telecommunication Giants to establish their business in our Himalayan country and provide high-speed internet services to our people. Moreover after the establishment of the E payment gateway the use of online services has increased. In this step, it will also encourage young entrepreneurs of our country to come up with innovative Software Solutions for regular products and services.

Colors Nepal has also taken the most of this opportunity by planning to launch a mobile matrimonial application that is targeted to be the best and most advanced digital matchmaking site. Therefore this article will focus on various aspects related to planning execution development and release of a successful mobile application in the Nepalese market. Starting with different ways to generate funds and utilize those funds within a well-defined time frame, this article will further focus on the technical resource and human resource requirements with a well-defined management and planning procedure to make this plan a success.

Financial Requirements

Every new business can only be set up based on the liquidity of funds. Availability of the desired amount will ensure that the startup plan is executed efficiently without compromising any services. As for colors Nepal is planning to launch a matrimonial site and mobile application for the same it will require the requisite amount of money for the application development process, infrastructure development for the office of the application development and maintenance team, the hardware and software requirements, the manpower to be employed, and marketing and Maintenance Services.

Moreover, Angel investors can be from any country who might show interest in our project as it is a new project for the Nepalese market.

Adding a venture capitalist will ensure increased credibility in the business as they are an experienced organization and can give beneficial inputs that will help the organization grow in the long run (Strand, 2010).

Proper marketing at the starting phase will allow people to be informed about this application. The time frame of organizational development can be divided into 4 phases:

· Planning: In this phase, the blueprint of the organization is prepared by using brainstorming techniques and examples of other organizations in a similar field. Proper research and development procedure are followed to develop a plan to be executed. This phase takes 15 days to 1 month (Jimee et al, 2019).

· Execution: In the execution phase the planning methods are executed by the hired team with responsible management and a director who takes care of the organizational development process. This phase involves all the paperwork processes and takes about 15 days.

· Development: The development phase is the most important phase where the planned out methods and execution strategies are implemented practically by the team members. This phase will see development improvement and maintenance. This is the most time taking phase that can consume up to 3 months.

· Deployment: The final phase is the deployment phase where the application is released. It is necessary to ensure effective marketing procedures are being followed before the deployment phase during diploma fees and after the deployment phase. This phase comes immediately after development which can take anywhere around 15 days to one month based on the target population (Jimee et al, 2019).

After successfully raising the funds for our application and planning out the work process to be implemented for the application development it is necessary to develop an infrastructure to implement the plan. To renew the subscription a system will be developed to ensure automatic deduction of subscription amount from the user account. This is done by storing the user's banking credentials. Therefore this data should be secured using cybersecurity and privacy measures such as:

· Ensuring encrypted security and password policies that allow only registered users to access the network of the organization.

· Access control measures should also be implemented to ensure users can use the database according to the required fields (Maqsood, & Rizwan, 2019).

· A Firewall system will ensure that no external breach or cyber attack can affect the system's security.
