The "Taming of the Shrew" is full of puns. But most of them are sexual innuendoes often enhanced by the actors’ gestures and facial expressions. Most of these are not of clear and of immediate understanding to our XXth century vocabulary and frame of mind. They would therefore need explicit explanations that would be unfit for this site (or even for you personally since I ignore your age).

Let me give you a tame example: At one point Petruccio asks Grumio to knock at someone's door. "Knock?" answers Grumio, "Whom should I knock?" You can give the verb "knock" any sort of meaning. Take your licit or illicit pick.
