Topic: Select one session from Baylor University’s virtual Global Business Forum (Global Business Forum | Baylor University) to “attend”/watch. Provide a summary of the session and your response to what you learned from it. Your response could include: how was the topic of the session you watched applicable to concepts we have covered in this class or how could the topic be used to influence or improve trade policy, among other things. Your summary should account for no more than 1/3 of your paper. Your thoughts and response should be the remaining 2/3 or more of your paper.

This is a senior level course. The paper MUST BE TYPED and submitted on Canvas. DO YOUR RESEARCH. This paper should be well researched. Include trade data, research papers, and current articles in your writing. CITE your sources (see notes below on citing and plagiarism). Include your own analysis tying your paper to concepts we are learning in this course.
Instructions for writing papers: A well-written paper will be 1,500 words or more in length. Your paper should also demonstrate your ability to analyze data and facts and relate them to the concepts you are learning in this course. This, plus the accuracy of the information in your paper regarding the topic above, will count for 70 percent of your grade on the paper.
The College of Business Administration (COBA) supports a writing rubric in order to ensure your COBA professors are supporting the same standards of writing. Your paper will be graded based on that rubric, which is detailed below. This will count for 30 percent of your grade on the paper.
