2. Are these markets output, input, or secondary markets? If you have included secondary markets, make sure to think about whether or not you actually need to measure impacts in these places.

3. Do any of your markets have imperfections that might make it hard to use direct market outcomes? As an example that is not in the paper, if the intervention were a tax on carbon, primary markets could include the market for electricity, and a market imperfection here is that the electricity market does not take into account the value of damages related to climate change.
