Instructions Middle County Hospital. Be sure to adhere to the Case Study rubric. You have to produce charts and/or graphs to support this effort. Your choices are the seven tools of quality. Hint: This is not a one-size-fits-all. Determine which tool provides the result you need. For instance, A flowchart is a diagram that depicts a process. They are widely used in multiple fields to document, study, plan, improve and communicate often complex processes in clear, easy-to-understand diagrams. You can outline a process in a flow chart to see where corrections can be made. Perhaps there are steps in the process that can be eliminated or added. Develop the flow chart, analyze and make a recommendation. The same can be done if you decide to use a C chart, P chart, and NP chart. All items need to be contained in one document. I will only open one document (Docx, RTF, or PDF) to evaluate your work. Be sure to properly analyze the results.
