this is the hint the computer gave me when i entered in E,A=F,C,B : Since the beat frequency decreases when Evita increases the frequency of her string, her initial frequency must be less than Kira's. There are other players who have greater frequencies than Kira.

I am assuming that the increase or decrease is when the players increase the frequency by tightening their strings.
Beat frequency is just difference, we don't know if you note is high or low unless you tighten (or loosen) the string and see if the difference gets smaller or larger.
Aiko tightens her string and the beats decrease, so she is flat and getting closer to perfect.
Dr. Chandra tightens the string and his beat frequency increases, so he is sharp getting sharper.
Evita starts with a big difference and it decreases, so she was flatter than anyone so far.
Buffy was off by a lot and when she tightens her string she gets close to the right note, so she was the flattest.
Freja was off by three and the frequency decreased when she tightened her string, so she was flat.
