• Storage: fresh foods should be stored away from any contamination and must be stored in a friendly environment. On the other hand, food business must make sure that frozen food is kept frozen during its storage.
• Transmission: while transporting fresh food, it must be transported in the controlled temperature. On the other hand, frozen food must be kept frozen while transporting them from one place to another.
