The freight forwarders are also in charge of organizing shipments and tracking them with the transport companies to ensure that the air carrier reaches the shipment destination. This includes preparing all necessary documents for the shipment on behalf of the shipper and ensuring that the air carrier is aware of the shipment and its details.
