Another kind of problem that may arise due to installation of new technologies is that the employee mat feel scared to share his thoughts and ideas with the manager because of the fear of miscommunication. Written messages do not contain, and feelings or emotions and hence changes of it being misinterpreted are high.
Managers may conduct regular meetings in order to communicate with their employees. Managers should motivate all the employees to take part in the meetings and open up their minds without any fear. Also, managers may allow employees to use their own laptops, mobile phones for the purpose of conducting business activities and communicating with the managers and colleagues.
