How can a psychological practitioner contribute to an organization's strategic vision in regard to employee selection? What skills, competencies, and tools can a psychological practitioner utilize?

• Select and share a skill, competency, or tool.
• Discuss the similarities and differences between its implementation by a human resource manager and its implementation by a psychological practitioner.
• Address the qualifications or credentialing required to administer and interpret certain instruments in the workplace. Use the Mental Measurements Yearbook (available in the Capella University Library) when you are considering the use of a published instrument. In your selection of an instrument, examine and summarize that instrument's reliability and validity data, what it is intended to measure, the population on which it was normed, and what qualifications one might need to possess to use the instrument.
