my proposal is targeting those within the medical field. Those who can make decisions of change, honestly I consider my proposal to target insurance companies as well. I used to be an insurance coordinator for many years and while dealing with the insurance agencies I learned that the provider in this case the doctor, does what the insurance approves them to do is necessary in order for the procedure to be completed. In addition I am trying to aim my focus towards the FDA, CDC, and CIA in hopes that the proposal will crackdown on the illegal black market.
