The topic I have chosen is "The effect of cell phone use in adolescents on sleep quality". More teens nowadays have a cell phone of their own and seem to stay on it until all hours of the night causing sleep patterns to be wacky. Poor sleep patterns will lead to a lack of communication skills. The lack of communication skills will lead to poor health choices. Poor health choices will lead to poor quality cognitive functions. Poor quality cognitive functions will lead to poor physical and academic performance. Poor academic performance will lead to physiological and psychological negative effects. Which will turn into them being more obsessed with having their cell phone with them all night (Akca et.al., 2019).
