This section of the course has only 1 discussion topic. Each student is required to complete one of the following requirements to earn full 25 points for this section. Remember, you just have to submit one of the following 5 things. It is suggested that students use MS Word and put "Field Project Report" on the cover page and submit it to the relevant discussion post. 
(1) Certification - If you have any kind of Quality/Quality Improvement related certification, submit a report with at least the following information: 
- Name and description of the Certification 
- Date of your certification and expiration date/renewal requirements 
- Body of Knowledge for the Certification 
- Copy/image of the Certification with your and the name of the organization providing the certification 
(2) Scholarly activity - Presentation - If you have presented to any internal or external conferences, symposiums, etc., submit a report with at least the following information (The presentation does not have to be quality related, it can be related to your field of study): 
- Title of your presentation, content (abstract or poster or description) 
- Venue and date of conference and your presentation 
- Proof that you presented at the conference (Program schedule, link to the conference where your name is displayed etc.) 
(3) Scholarly activity - Publication - If you have published in any internal or external journals, news paper, etc., submit a report with at least the following information (The publication does not have to be quality related, it can be related to your field of study): 
- Title of your publication, content (abstract or poster or description) 
- Book/Journal/Journal or place of publication and date of publication 
- Proof that you published (Something that shows that your name was listed and it was you and not someone else) 
(4) Work Project - If you have not done any of the above 3 things, pick a project at your work (wherever you work is fine or you can also pick one of your past projects) and do something to "Improve" the quality of any part of your work. 
- Document/picture or explanation of "Before" and "After" the improvement 
- Document what was improvement (Show metrics!) 
- Proof that you really did the work 

(5) Home Project - If you have not done any of the first 3 things and cannot do the 4th thing, do something to "Improve" the quality of any part of your day to day life. It can be your home project, garage project, project related to your hobby, home, apartment, health or whatever around you. 
- Document/picture or explanation of "Before" and "After" the improvement (Do something to improve one thing!) 
- Document what was improvement (Show metrics!) 
- Proof that you really did the work
