My personal experience with ordering on Amazon

KPIs are the measures or the criteria which the company uses for measuring their performance according to the set goals. Main KPIs of Amazon include order fulfillment and shipping, customer performance metrics, returns, promotions etc.

Main reasons behind ordering from Amazon were Fast delivery, easy returns and promotions. Amazon delivered the product within three days from the date of order. It has many payment options including cash on delivery which was preferred by me and also preferred by many customers. As I ordered an electronic hair straightener from Amazon, it came with a warranty card with one year warranty and with easy and free returns within seven days.
The packaging of the product was good and satisfying. Shipping for this product was totally free. For me there can be many advantages , behind ordering from Amazon which are mentioned above including easy returns, fast delivery, good product quality.
And the main KPI of Amazon is customer satisfaction i.e., their main strategy is to satisfy the customers, which I found to be true. Because My journey from placing the order to recieving the product at my doorstep was very convenient and i didn't faced any hindrance in the whole process. I was fully satisfied with everything.
