Progress So Far: At this stage, you should have already analyzed the organization’s: * Culture * Social and economic climate * Purpose 3. Current Focus: Now, build on this foundation to evaluate the current state of the organization. Specifically, you will need to: * Assess the health of the organization. * Identify its needs and opportunities for change. * Analyze its readiness for change. 4. Use of Creative License: Where necessary, feel free to use your creativity to fill in any gaps in the details of the organization. Ensure your analysis covers different functional areas or business units to provide a comprehensive evaluation. 5.
