Please develop a strategy playbook for a chosen organization. The playbook is like a roadmap that can help an organization achieve excellence, respond to challenges, and reach short-term and long-term goals. You can choose an organization you have worked for or want to work for in the future, and for which there is enough information available. The playbook will be developed over three competencies in this area, drawing upon the knowledge and skills gained throughout my MBA program to provide an analysis of the organization and recommendations for improving its performance over the coming years. The final playbook will serve as tangible evidence of putting my MBA education to use and provide a template for helping any organization achieve exceptional results.
