Findings from the model will help you prepare the business report.For this case study, you are required to analyse and compare among various network options. As stated in the case, one option is to keep the existing large warehouse in St. Kilda with additional warehouses rented all in Melbourne. Other options include keeping the existing large warehouse in St. Kilda with additional warehouses rented in different cities, and not keeping the existing large warehouse or using any warehouse in Melbourne but renting new warehouses in other cities. There are pros and cons under each option and it is your job to find the best one for MiniToys.com. In doing so, you shouldmake use of ALL the information provided (particularly the cost figures) and develop a Solver model for the network analysis. Once the model is verified and validated, you can use the model to work out the total cost of the optimised network in 2020, 2021 and 2022. In other words, the model can be used as a tool for scenario testing to help you answer the case questions (Q2 and Q4).

This is a CAPACITATED FACILITY LOCATION PROBLEM. I will require a word document in which the models have been formulated as well as the answers to each of the five questions provided which are in the Minitoys.com file. Also i will need the excel workbook that all the data has been put in and the models have been applied and the workings out are on. There are 3 files attached, the 'minitoys.com' file outlines the whole case study and the questions required to be completed. The other two were given to me which are basic guidelines and help that are to be followed in order to help complete the assignment.
