This ambitious project will be to explore the UK higher education sector for examples of best practices around consultancy units within universities offering industrial services, and to come up with a business plan/strategy/vision for a (fictional) Management Science consultancy service. 1. How could a department such as ManSci ( Management science ) develop a strategy for setting up a consultancy unit in the department. 2. What national and international examples of best practice are there?
