the master thesis needs to be:

 

1. Written from scratch, and not based on a previously written master thesis.

 

2. The main focus is on the research methods used behind the thesis, but the content is also important, and needs to be a topic within leadership and management.

 

3. Please don't use repetitive information to fill up the pages, or give vague information that does not add to the main problem.

 

4. The main research topic or problem needs to be confirmed with me before starting. The expert cannot just decide on his own.

 

5. The deadline is 1 month from the payment, but if the expert needs more time, he can simply ask. Or else the final deadline stands.

 

6. It's better that the expert delivers a fully finished dissertation a couple of days later, than a half finished paper before, or at the deadline.

 

7. The expert needs to deliver everything perfectly from the first time, as if he does not have a second chance for revision. Many experts delivers half finished dissertations on purpose, so they could use more time on the revision. Please don't do that!

 

8. Keep in mind that the paper might be published, so everything needs to be original to not be caught for cheating/plagiarism. The paper needs to belong to me.

 

9. It's not a requirement, but would be good to use some Norwegian sources, since it's going to be delivered in Norway.

 

10. Please use simple English language when writing, and try to not overcomplicate the text.

 

These are the points that I can think of now that needs to be in the instructions. 

Note: I think the dissertation needs to be at least 80.000 words!
