Produce a written report comprising the following: • Executive summary - Stating what you did, found and your recommendations in approximately 200 words; • Main body of report - Setting out your findings, options, recommendations in full, results of the benchmarking, planning considerations to effect improvement, plan for implementation and any assumptions (max 2,000 words); as well as • Summary and conclusions - Recommending a course of action (max 300 words). Drawings, graphs and sketches, which do not necessarily have to be to scale, should be clear, proportional, fully annotated, as well as dimensioned.
