                Choose a simple binary convolutional code transmitted over a AWGN channel. Implement the Viterbi algorithm for hard decision decoding, and soft decision decoding. Plot the bit error rate versus SNR using Monte Carlo simulation for both hard and soft decision decoding. Compare these bit error rates with the bounds given in the book. Also, compare the performance difference between hard and soft decision decoding with what we learned in class (equations

8.2.15, 8.2.19.
