This week you were introduced to the topic of artificial neural networks, an AI technique that arguably mimics some aspects of human intelligence. In this discussion, you will be asked to compare human and machine intelligence. You will need to use resources to support your points, and may use readings from the module resources as well as your own research.

For your initial post, write a response of 2–3 paragraphs where you address each of the following prompts. Your answer must include references to resources used, properly cited in APA format.

• Compare and contrast neural networks with their biological equivalent. Be sure to consider both the function and structure at the level of a single neuron and that of the entire network.
