Business Analysis Course Project, Part 9: Strategic Analysis Summary The same instructions are also on the PDF file I have uploaded as well. My presentation is on the Hermes (The Luxury Brand) and I have uploaded all of my parts of the presentation about Hermes as well to help with the presentation assignment. Any sources cited should be in APA citation format in alphabetical order. I recommend doing this presentation in Canva, that way I can record my presentation and submit it. Procedure: 1. Present strategies you have formulated for achieving the enterprise’s goals 2. To do this, start by reflecting on all the information about your enterprise that you have collected over the course of the quarter 3. Look back at the mission, vision, and goals of the company you selected as well as the strategic insights you developed through your exercises and application of frameworks 4. Remember, a strategy is the action whose implementation moves the enterprise in the right direction (strategic direction or path forward) to reach its target destination (desired outcomes). 5. Strategies use action verbs—such as conduct, produce, recruit, install, create, maintain, etc.—to convey that something is being done actively 6. Recall the Three Box Solution and the definition of strategic objectives: they are not short-term tactical steps but bold moves to achieve a desired outcome within a three to five-year timeframe 7. Your completed project should be consistent, well-edited, and cohesive 8. It should be visually interesting and engaging and on brand with the company you selected 9. Be sure to include a title slide with your name, the name of this class, the quarter, the year, and your instructor’s name 10. Don't forget to cite your sources! (I will add my information onto Canva for this part!) 11. Approach this as if you were presenting your analysis (and recommendations) to the executive board of the company
