You have just returned to work after two weeks of annual leave. During your absence, a new staff member has started working in the lifestyle department. Mrs Sai Wong is of Chinese descent and speaks English well. Later that day, Sai walks in to give you a pile of paperwork, you reply thankyou and turn straight back around to commence work.
