• Sit somewhere for at least one hour and observe the interaction taking place around you.
• Take detailed notes on the interactions between people and anything about the setting that strikes you.
• Make sure to address the following research questions through your observations.

• Include up to 3 photos of the setting.

2.    How are food choices affected by or linked with food security and sovereignty expressed within your setting?
3.    What are the socially constructed and culturally defined roles, responsibilities, attributes, and entitlements visible in the setting you are observing? 
4.    What does this showcase about power relations, or intersect with other factors such as race/ethnicity, class, age, gender, or nationality?
