The final project for this class will be to research the coca-cola company and explain how they conduct/manage their logistics activities. Explain how important having an efficient logistics organization is for the success of the company.

Feel free to direct your learning towards your interests in the subject matter.

The paper should be at least 5 pages in length. This is a research paper, so there should be a cover page and works cited page. The pages should be organized as follows:

• First Page - Cover Page including a Title, Your Name, the Class Name, Class #, Date, etc.
• Pages 2-4+ - Main research paper, paragraph requirements are listed below.
• Last Page - Works Cited Page, there should be at least 3 works cited, though you can cite as many articles/interviews/videos/other references as needed.

The main body of the paper should be formatted in the following manner:

• Length is approximately 3+ pages long and a minimum of 5 paragraphs
• Font size is either 11 or 12
• Font type is Calibri or Times New Roman
• Lines should be double spaced

Paragraphs should be organized as follows:

First Paragraph - Introduction and information about the company you have chosen to research.

Paragraphs 2-4+ - Pick 3 to 4 topics from the textbook to apply to your chosen company. You can use your answers and examples submitted under the weekly discussion assignments to guide your writing. Write a paragraph for each topic you have chosen to apply to your company. Use vocabulary words from the chapters in your writing.

Final Paragraph - Conclusions are drawn from your research about your company.

Remember the objectives of a successful logistics operation include achieving the '7 Rights' ie right product, right customer, the right price, right time, right condition, right place, and right quantity. Your main body paragraphs should explain how the system/process your company has in place is achieving one or more of the 7 Rights. Most companies find it very hard to actually achieve all 7 Rights, so your conclusion can also explain how the company can improve or modify their approach to achieving or improving their performance of a 7 Right.
