Jacinda Carter. Great to have you on board! I am working on the project for ABC Corporation along with my four-member team. I need to talk to you urgently about one of my team members Tom Ashforth. Our team has been working at the client site for about 6 months. Basically from the beginning of the project, we have all been getting along quite well apart from a few minor interpersonal issues between Tom and other team members. We have been able to ignore his abrasive behaviour so far, however, recently I have received a few complaints about him from the other team members. In fact, just yesterday I was in a meeting with the team about the upcoming implementation plans and Tom got very emotional and raised his voice to a couple of other team members in the presence of the client's staff. He was carrying on about the timeframes being too tight and the fact that there has been a scope change. I know that this has been a stressful project for everyone but I cannot tolerate such unprofessional behaviour. I am very concerned about the impact this has on other team members and our on-going relations with our client. I feel that I need someone else to take over from him with immediate effect.
