Designate whether you are extinguishing a behavior or trying to create a new behavior. Explain specifically the behavior change and how you will conduct the conditioning.

Identify the Unconditioned Stimulus and Unconditioned Response.

Identify the Conditioned Stimulus and the Conditioned Response.

How will you deal with the possibility of extinction?

Will Stimulus Generalization be an issue? Is it something you will want to have happen or need to avoid?
