Please review the Lab Safety presentation from week one and the material in your lab syllabus on safety before taking this quiz. There are 10 questions. You will have 30 minutes to complete the quiz.  

This lab quiz needs to be completed individually and all students are expected to follow HCC's Academic Honesty policies while completing this activity. 

You have up to three attempts to complete this quiz on lab safety. You must pass this lab safety quiz with at least an 80% in order to attend the third week of lab. If a student does not pass this quiz after three attempts, he or she needs to schedule a meeting with their instructor prior to the third lab class.
