PowerPoint Presentation: The task consists of two sections: The two Sections (included in the same PowerPoint). Therefore, it is not allowed to send two PowerPoint presentations, but identifies each section and submits the presentation that includes the two sections, separating section one from section two, with a slide indicating "Section Two"

In total, this PowerPoint presentation, including the two sections, requires a minimum of 22 content slides.

In addition:

A cover slide, with your name on the subject name, university name, teacher, and date.

A slide indicating section 1 and its name.

Another slide indicating section 2 and its name (between section 1 and section 2 of the presentation)

One last slide with references (APA) through the task box for the corresponding week.

In other words, the final presentation must have a minimum of 26 slides.

Use 5 other reference fonts, to support your presentation, apart from the textbook.

Do not directly copy or paste information for the preparation of your presentation.

Use your own words. Otherwise, they won't be able to earn points for the task.

Safe Assignment: The similarity is about 0%, otherwise the job will be rejected, and you will not get points. The PowerPoint presentation is submitted in the folder called "Task Week 3". A minimum of five references is required to develop this presentation. Each slide must contain its title, according to the purpose they are analyzing.

The task consists of two sections: 

 RFID

Section 1: Technology/Goods and Services/Facilities and Forecasts

Technology and Business Administration

Use by a company selected by each student, in relation to radio frequency devices (RFID) to improve productivity in operations

Application of new applications and today modern technology that are impacting the productivity and quality of the selected company.

Design of Goods and Services

Apply, using your critical thinking, a "services cape" for the selected company using its three subdimensions:     

Environment Conditions       

Spatial Disposition and Functionality       

Signs, Symbols and Artifacts

They also demonstrate the impact on customer service and value.

NOTE: Review Chapter 6 of your text as the basis. Use additional sources for your analytical support.

Propose redesign and improvement of the facilities of the selected company

Ensuring the company's services and recovery

Apply to your selected company:

The design of the well-manufactured and selection of the process.

The design of the service delivery system.

NOTE: Based on steps 4a, 4b, and 4c, pages 126 through 128 of your textbooks. Use additional sources for your analytical support.

Design of facilities and tasks

Analysis of the workplace design of your selected company.

Apply some points about the design or enrichment of work of your selected company, as learned in the case "Cargill Kitchen Solutions: Innovator of Labor Design".

On page 174 of your textbook. Use additional sources for your analytical support.

Forecasting and Demand Planning

Analyze the application or possible application of one of the appreciations forecasts you think is more compatible with the company (Grassroots Forecast or Delphi Method).

NOTE: Based on section 11-5, pages 239 to 240 of your textbook.

Choose a company from one of the following categories:

Air Line (Raynair, Argentine Airlines or other)

Cosmetics (Revlon, Neutrogen or other)

Toy shop (Mattel, Lego, Baby pop, American Plastic Toys or other)

Hotelería (Marriott, Hilton u otra)

Fine Textiles & Accessories Products (Gucci, Hilfiger, Michael Kors or other)

Do not analyze a company that you have selected in past courses. Points will be deducted if they do.

Apply (do not define) the objectives demonstrated in the video - to the company they have selected.

NOTE: Text or PowerPoint information is not allowed to be used to develop this section, research must be obtained from other professional sources, such as Keiser virtual library fonts.
